In mid 1990, Ross Sellwood swang open the doors to open 'Sellwood House'. Sellwood became the first principal of the house. The attendance was 2 cats, and as it could be on those days; 1 dog. During 2005-2007 changes started showing. A second building became part of the house. in 2009 this all changed when the cats in the house left for Australia. The house was rented out by Fflur and son Bennett Morgan. And so in 2010 Ross left for the Emirates. One day he will return to the house, but for now he is not there. Bennett Morgan became principal in 2011 (May). Morgan renamed the house 'Wellington College Of Cats', truly a huge leap in the house's history.
